Rental Space Policies:
1) Space Renters will submit and maintain current cell phone number capable of sending and receiving texts.
2) Relevant Communications to be done by text with cell phone number submitted to management.
3) All Space Renters must send text acknowledgement that they have read and accept these policies.
4) Any property left after space rental agreement ends is abandoned to management.
5) Agreement allows you to make any legal use of agreed marked off area
6) Rent due on 1st.
7) Late fee of $10/day.
8) Rent to be paid into provided accounts.
9) Image of deposit receipt to be texted to management after deposit.
